POLICY.

At Luminoz, our philosophy is simple: you should only pay for a website that you genuinely love.

Unlike traditional web agencies that demand large upfront retainer deposits before showing any visual work, we build your custom website concept first. You review the design in a live staging environment, give your feedback, and only proceed to payment once you are 100% satisfied with the direction.

During the preview stage, you have the right to request design modifications, color adjustments, layout changes, and content refinements to ensure the site represents your brand accurately.

• Revision Cycles: Standard projects include dedicated revision rounds to tune the layout, copy, and visual styling.
• Mutual Agreement: Payment is only requested once both parties agree on the approved design milestone.
• Pre-Payment Cancellation: You may cancel the project at any point prior to making your approval payment without incurring any financial charges.

Once you formally approve the design and issue payment, our team proceeds to finalize technical optimizations, setup custom domain routing, configure SEO meta structures, and transfer ownership of all digital assets.

Because custom design, programming, and server resources are immediately dedicated upon milestone approval, payments made after design approval are generally non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances outlined below:

• Non-Delivery: If Luminoz fails to deliver the approved functional website due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full 100% refund.
• Material Breach: If the final deployed website fundamentally deviates from the approved staging version and we cannot rectify the defect within 14 business days, a partial or full refund will be granted.

Every website delivered by Luminoz comes standard with our 30-Day Post-Launch Support Guarantee.

During the first 30 days after your site is connected to your live domain:

• We will promptly fix any broken links, visual bugs, or mobile responsiveness glitches at no extra cost.
• We will assist with minor text or contact information updates.
• We will verify that your contact forms and notification webhooks are operating properly.

Please note that our refund policy strictly applies to services directly provided and invoiced by Luminoz. The following third-party expenditures are non-refundable through Luminoz:

• Domain name registration or renewal fees paid directly to registrars (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains).
• Third-party subscription software, custom fonts, stock media licenses, or third-party email marketing tools purchased on your behalf.
• Payment gateway transaction or processing fees levied by financial processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, wire transfer fees).

If you wish to cancel an in-progress project or submit a refund inquiry under eligible conditions, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us directly at contact@luminoz.org or submit a message via our Contact Form.
2. Provide Details: Include your business name, invoice number, and a brief description of your request or issue.
3. Review & Resolution: Our management team will review your request and reply within 1 to 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
